Unfortunately I don't own the copyright on this video and it doesn't appear to
be freely licensed and isn't available outside vimeo so I can't distribute it
to you. You should be able to download it using the youtube-dl command listed
above, or possibly one of the other video downloaders. It looks like the video
is downloaded via the DASH protocol.
