Add curlhttpsrc with chunked data delivery

Hi Sebastian,

I've just attached a new patch file which is based on a reworked version of
curlhttpsrc which delivers data in chunks rather than in the single buffer, as
well as incorporating your changes. Let me know what you think! :)
