Hm, more work than imagined !

BTW, how about using an enum property(eg: property like "tune") than a boolean
low-latency field?  So that, may be we could add more adventurous stuffs in
future under a LESS_RESTRICTIVE codec compliance option.

This is just a suggestion, make patch only if everyone agrees. If it doesn't
make sense then go ahead with the property "low-latency" itself :)
