Memory leak is observed with avdec_h264 on desktop

The video playback results in memory leak on a desktop as well.

Run pipeline gst-launch-1.0 filesrc
location=Borat.2006.1080p.BrRip.x264.YIFY.mp4 ! qtdemux ! h264parse !
avdec_h264 ! fakesink on desktop and also run top command to see the memory
utilization.

The Memory_Logs.txt file is attached.
