1/3 protection: added function to filter system ids (review suggestions
applied)

commit bda8440f1f0de5be8036acfd78ec1d72929558ec
Author: Xabier Rodriguez Calvar <calvaris at igalia.com>
Date:   Wed Jun 28 09:54:56 2017 +0200

    protection: add function to filter system ids

    gst_protection_filter_systems_by_available_decryptors() takes an array
    of strings and returns a new array of strings filtered by the available
    decryptors for them so the ones you get are the ones that you should be
    able to decrypt.
