for encoding my webcam i need image/jpeg format 

Pixel Format: 'MJPG' (compressed)
    Name        : Motion-JPEG

for opencv i use 
v4l2src io-mode=mmap device=/dev/video0 ! image/jpeg, width=2304, height=1536 
! vaapijpegdec ! videoconvert n-threads=4 ! video/x-raw,format=BGR ! appsink
