If your concern is the combination of sidx + SegmentList, I have a solution for
it, actually (although I've never reported it on bugzilla), there are that
kinds of streams in my private test contents. Can you provide your content? If
possible, I'd like to report new patch for it.

Anyway, My idea is first find parent segment by SegmentList, and then do
refinement using SIDX.
