    Fix shout2 plugin doc generation

    In the previous patch, we also renamed shout2send to shout2, so it does
    not clash with it's feature. Though we forgot to rename it in the doc
    reference. This patch also add a cruft detection on the xml that made me
    miss this error.

    Fix doc generation

    This regression was caused by the renaming of plugin-sdp into
    plugin-sdpelem. The doc reference needed an update. Also, add the old
    xml to the cruft file list.
