AFAIK these are now the only bindings for 1.x that are broadly functional and
still in development.  Through GSoC the Processing project supported a number
of more radical approaches to the task, but they didn't get to a usable state. 
Some are hosted under the same GitHub organisation that was set up to migrate
the earlier Google Code repository.  gst1-java-core is a pared down fork of the
earlier 0.10 bindings.
