[Bug 776065] "ges-launch-1.0 help profile" gives no info

This still happens in 1.12

The same issue also happens with "ges-launch-1.0 help transition" which is
suggested in the output of --help-informative.

If the help text for "profile" and "transition" cannot be easily printed on the
command line, we could at least remove the suggestions in the --help output.
