gst-launch-1.0 -v videotestsrc pattern=ball ! openjpegenc ! mpegtsmux ! tsdemux
! jpeg2000parse ! openjpegdec ! videoconvert ! ximagesink

the parser is needed to set the sampling field for openjpegdec
