In your patch, what do you think about changing the copyright of the
mpegtsmux_jpeg2000 files, to put your name as copyright holder (or your company
name). Currently it reads

 * Copyright 2006, 2007, 2008 Fluendo S.A. 
 *  Authors: Jan Schmidt <jan at fluendo.com>
 *           Kapil Agrawal <kapil at fluendo.com>
 *           Julien Moutte <julien at fluendo.com>

which is not correct.
