Gurkirpal tried Bellagio for testing/debugging purpose and to compare results
with Tizonia. I am mentoring Gurkirpal for the GSoC project mentioned here
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=782800 . I will push attached patch
(new Bellagio conf for mp3) during the hackfest this weekend if no objection.
