Wow cool, thanks for doing that! The only comment I'd have is that it'd be nice
to have a creation API similar to gbm_surface_create_with_modifiers() or
VkExportImageDmaBufInfoMESAX (passed at creation time, rather than afterwards).
Both of those specify a list of acceptable modifiers the implementation can
choose from, which is nice for interop. But aside from that, looks great!
