    avdemux: Whitelist the demuxers required for GC/Wii/WiiU ADPCM streams

    Required to play .brstm (GameCube/Wii) and .bfstm (Wii U) files. Needs
    at least avdec_adpcm_thp too, but that one is already accessible.
