Yes, you absolutely right: the RTCP branch is constructed as well in the
rtsp-server code (we need to correct our patch). 
Regarding dummy-packet-generation ... As the <depayloader->sink/whatever> part
of the pipeline is provided by the client side, so I guess it's up to the
application to provide some keepalive mechanism when using NAT, correct?
