We sent a "Live Encoder" Flash version for playback too, so Wowza asks for
publishing credentials.

I've fixed this and some more problems that prevented playback from Wowza; the
fixes are available in my branch at
https://github.com/heftig/gst-plugins-bad/tree/rtmp2/gst/rtmp2 .

If reviewers request I can squash the current series into a new patch, again.
