Note that currently we're mostly interested in the "cut now" case. The "cut
not-now" case is just something that we saw as an added bonus. For me, keeping
only the split-now action signal and ditching the other one would also be a
viable option. The advantage would be that it would require fewer man-hours to
get it accepted.
