gstreamer-1.12.2-alt-e2k.patch

The attached patch makes it possible to build gstreamer 1.12.2 on e2k
architecture; there's another issue with the current lcc (1.21.x) that gets
worked around with "export LIBS=-lcxa" but it's to be fixed there.
