VLC player can play this url.

I developed an app by Android tutorials steps.

This app plays WMV 9 streaming (RTSP), but it always receive buffing message
and wait buffering 0%.

I also try an app "RTSP Camera Viewer" based on GStreamer from play store.

It doesn't work too.

I used VLC player on ubuntu, it can work.
