It seems to be looking in the wrong directories for the pthread headers
(/usr/include instead of the ndk directories).

Furthermore on android you don't need to explicitely link against pthread, it's
always present in bionic.

You can reproduce that failure locally with cerbero:
$ cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap
$ cerbero-uninstalled -c config/cross-android-universal build srt
