WIP: kmssink: Skip sync when atomic driver is detected

DON'T MERGE, this causes regressions on Intel

Atomic driver emulates the mode setting in a way that it blocks until
the frame buffer is rendered. As a side effect, waiting for a vblank, or
page flips halves the frame rate.
