Due to https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/3937, the static libraries
built with meson in glib are incomplete, and are missing libcharset.a,
libgnulib.a, libpcre.a (depending on the configuration).

This makes it impossible to use them to build anything on iOS or Android
