Ah, nvm, this is exclusive mode and you can get very low latencies with it in
all wasapi API versions. Audioclient3 is not used for exclusive mode at all. It
only makes sense in the AudioClient3 API for shared mode.

What's the audio issue that you're seeing in this log?
