Hello

I'm trying to build GStreamer using gst-build. With Meson 0.47.1 and 0.46.1 I
get an error:
ERROR: Multiple producers for Ninja target "C:\Python36\python.exe". Please
rename your targets.

There's no error with Meson 0.42.1

Meson log for version 0.47.1 is in the attachment
