rtsp-stream: Set the unicast TTL parameter on multicast udp sinks

If a new client requests receiving rtp data from the different multicast group
than the previous multicast client, this new request is ignored <=> the new
client configuration (host and ports) is not propagated to the multicast
multiudpsink.

The provided 2 patches suggest the solution.
