I wrote this element not to measure gstreamer's latency (which can be manually
added up), but to measure the latency of the Windows Sound API (in various
configurations) and the underlying audio drivers (for different hardware and
drivers). So I do not have numbers from the latency tracer to compare.

However, you should be able to do that comparison yourself since the plugin is
quite easy to use. :)
