If there is a failing test-case I am happy to take a look. I guess the hardest
bit here is to decide what is the correct behavior in this case, and a well
written test can provide that. And for the record: My commit fixed a regression
introduced in 1.x with mixing dts and pts for lost-events, back in 0.10 this
was done correctly since there was only one timestamp. :)
