Testcase:

$ gst-launch-1.0 multifilesrc location="frame_01.png"
caps="image/png,framerate=\(fraction\)3/1" ! pngdec ! videoconvert ! vaapisink

Works fine with xvimagesink:

$ gst-launch-1.0 multifilesrc location="frame_01.png"
caps="image/png,framerate=\(fraction\)3/1" ! pngdec ! videoconvert !
xvimagesink
