Currently, we are using it based on Gstreamer framework 1.12.2 version and
Gstreamer-vaapi 1.12.2 version. And also we are using libva v1.8-branch.
There is no plan for us to move to libva 2.0. But, I think we will be ok to
have the code patch can apply to 1.12 version and put on recipes side.
