After a discussion with Tim and Nicolas, we have agreed to keep gpsdsrc in a
separate repo for now until the plugin matures, and we build more plugins
supporting GPS data (encoder, decoder, mux, etc.). Once that happens, we can
consider inclusion in plugins-bad.

I added gpsdsrc to this repo:
