I have previously tried to sign up to gstreamer-devel mailing list, but I have
not received any emails!? In 2015 I was signed up to the group but had
requested to be removed b/c I had finished the project I was working on. I'm
wondering if there is some conflict or misunderstanding on my part!?

But the direction Tim provide, filename has changed, may have solved the
problem!?

The gstreamer group has always been very helpful in giving direction and
support. Thank you again for the help.
