    Raise error if recipes_remotes value for recipe is malformed

    Expect a dict there. Better raise an explicit error than to fail
    with "AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'iteritems'"
    if the value in ~/.cerbero/cerbero.cbc is malformed.
