Not sure what to do with this.

If we can't reproduce it we can't fix it, and you haven't been able to narrow
down the cause either as far as I can tell.

Do you know if this still happens with recent versions of GStreamer?

Do you actually need this

  time-format="%T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T %T
%T %T"

to trigger the bug, or does it also happen without it or with a single %T ?
