AVI vc1 video stream

When using this pipeline :-
"filesrc location=./ogg_vc1_2ch_44100hz_1920x_1080y_no_audio.avi ! avidemux !
queue ! avdec_vc1 ! xvimagesink"

There is no error.

But when adding vc1parse into the pipeline, the seek just return error.
"filesrc location=./ogg_vc1_2ch_44100hz_1920x_1080y_no_audio.avi ! avidemux !
queue ! vc1parse ! avdec_vc1 ! xvimagesink"
