Is it running on Ubuntu 14.04 stock GStreamer or did you updated GStreamer ? If
it's stock GStreamer, it would be GStreamer 1.4, the current stable is 1.14.1.
Best is to update GStreamer with the latest and report again as 1.4 is no
longer maintained.
