[Bug 796737] ASYNC_DONE message is dropped leading to hanging application

The changes in the application to link the sink when the seek operation is
finished and after receiving the async_done is working fine for us.

So, it is up to you to decide if you will fix this bug shall be fixed or if
you wait for GStreamer 2.0.
