Hi 

Tried building gstreamer-vaapi with meson, but there seems to be no way to
build gtk-doc documentation unlike when building with autotools.

This was done with version 1.14.2, but from looking at the code, there seems to
be the same problem in master.

gtk-doc/html/gstreamer-vaapi-plugins-1.0 is nowhere to be found.
