This patch looks good to me, the only blocker is that the AV1 code isn't in a
ffmpeg release yet, so we have to wait for that before merging it.

Also, the AV1 MP4 & MKV specs now have a codec data containing the Sequence
Header and Metadata OBU, that the depayloaders put in the caps. So we may need
to somehow signal in the caps that this format doesn't support this.
