Vertical mirroring is not supported by msdk.

Ishmael already filed a bug against msdk: 
https://github.com/Intel-Media-SDK/MediaSDK/issues/90

But irrespective of that, gst-msdk shouldn't be segfaulting. It should just
fail.
I will fix that.
