Reproduce Steps:

$gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/media/ts/Sally.ts '!' tsdemux '!'
mpegvideoparse '!' msdkmpeg2dec '!' glimagesink

Video rendered with distorted image. If export GST_GL_PLATFORM=egl, then it
looks good.
