Only the 4 th frame has a different checksum when decoding with msdk.

I would recommend you to check it with msdk test applications or other msdk
based media stacks.

In any case, it is not dropping any frame. So I'm closing this bug. Please open
a new one for this sample if msdk test applications work similar to vaapi.
