   Thanks for the kind suggestion and information. That will be helpful.
   I do change the AES parameter setting (not using the parameter in gstalsa.c)
and using the configure default value in alsa configure 
  (somehow our audio driver not support device open with AES parameter in the
device name)
   I will do more investigating :)
