Is there any way I can restore the older functionality in Bionic then by
recompiling v4l2src with libv4l2? Setting the env GST_V4L2_USE_LIBV4L2=1
doesn't fix it either and the pipeline crashes when encoding 1280x720/30fps
with videoconvert. This used to be fine before.
