On closer inspection, `seek_end_live` failures were actually reproducible. They
are fixed by the above patch.

`adaptive.dash.playback.full_live_rewind.DASHIF_livestream_testpic_2s` most of
the time does not get stuck, it's just borderline slow. That has not changed
before or after the patch.

Other, more occasional, errors seem to be this bug or variations thereof, which
also predates these patches: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796607

The results of `meson test` don't change after this additional patch.
