a patch compatible with 'git am'

Add a new function called 'gst_rtsp_server_set_fd'. This function helps to
start a rtsp server on port 554 (which is privileged) using a separate
setuid-root launcher program which then exec's the real server as a normal user
reusing the already open and bound socket on port 554
