The issue happens on master.
Indeed, it works with avdec

gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=rtsp://10.42.0.236:9001/stream latency=100 !
rtph264depay ! h264parse ! avdec_h264 ! glupload ! glimagesink sync=false

For some reason nothing is shown when I use it in pair with qmlglsink, but I
believe I should create another report when we deal with this one, shouldn't I?
