Actually, would it be possible to never cache vaapi in the plugin cache ? In
other terms, how expensive is the libva "inspection" step that conditions the
plugins capabilities ? Why not do it every time ? The point that i am still
concerned about is that once blacklisted, the plugin never comes back.
