Thank you for reporting this bug. Unfortunately, qt-gstreamer is unmaintained
and there is no chance that this problem will get fixed.
In any case, it looks like the problem is specific to the boost preprocessor
hacks that are needed only on older compilers (pre-C++11 ones), so there
shouldn't be a problem to compile them nowadays.
