I bought this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0000E331R/ for Jan in May
2009.

DVD-audio is described as ""extinct" by 2007." in

http://avisynth.nl/index.php/DVDAGuide (updated URL) has information about
different programs that can decrypt the streams. Sounds like GStreamer would
need a parser for MLP streams, similar to VLC's mlp.c:
